Xavier Canis,
graduated in tax law from Dijon university.
He also holds an International Diploma
in European Tax Law from the Brussels School of Tax Science. He spent two years with the Legal and Tax Department of Crédit Lyonnais in Luxembourg, where he worked
in the field of estate and net wealth engineering. In that capactiy, he carried out
a study of the trust system in Luxembourg. Following that experience, he graduated
from Paris Bar school and joined
a medium-sized French firm specialising
in estate management, business transfers,
tax audits and tax litigation.
In 2005, he founded his own firm and clearly states his ambition : “For each problem
there must be at least one solution, arrived
at through consultation and discussion”.

Anne-Gaëlle Le Vaillant
holds a master degree in business and tax law organised under the direction of Professor Maurice Cozian from Dijon univeristy
and an International Diploma in European Tax Law from the Brussels School of Tax Science While working for HSD Ernst & Young law firm (now EY Law), she graduated from the Paris Bar school. With Ernst & Young, she developped
her knowledge of tax issues related
to the industrial and the insurance and sectors (corporate income tax, VAT, business tax,
Tax audits and litigation).
In 2001, she joined the French firm JeantetAssociés, where she took part
in purchase and reorganisation operations
and supported several French and foreign groups with their development in France
and abroad.
She acts for the Paris Bar Association Solidarity program, whose purpose is to provide pro bono advice for the underpriviledged.
In 2006, she chosed to travel
the entrepreunarial road. Her ambition
is to “Actively contribute to the success
of French and foreign clients”.
